Ideal Shield® is a multifunctional, self-adhesive laminate protective jacket for outdoor applications. It provides a total vapor barrier over insulation on rooftop duct work, piping, and equipment. Our unique design offers repositioning and easy installation. Ideal Shield is an all-weather jacketing system that delivers savings in time, labor, and costs. It can also be used as a heavy-duty patch and repair tape and as a strapping tape for subsea pipe-in-pipe insulation.
