2018 AHR Expo: Sticking It to Hunger with Ideal Tape

Last week, the Ideal Tape team exhibited at the 2018 International Air-Conditioning, Heating, Refrigerating Exposition (AHR Expo) in Chicago. Each year, the AHR Expo presents an excellent opportunity for industry professionals to share new products, technologies, and ideas – and this year did not disappoint. We had a great time connecting with customers and colleagues, and spending time with some of the most innovative and forward-thinking professionals the industry has to offer.

This year, the Ideal Tape team wanted to find a way to have fun at the show, while giving back to the local community. That’s why we started our Stick It to Hunger campaign.

When attendees visited the Ideal Tape booth, we asked them to step into our photo booth and have their picture taken. For each person we photographed, Ideal Tape donated $1 to Feeding America’s local organization, the Greater Chicago Food Depository. Each donation was then matched by our parent company, ABI Tape. Together we raised $500 dollars to donate to the Greater Chicago Food Depository. That’s up to 5,500 meals for those in need!

Each day, we also raffled off a YETI prize to a few lucky winners. Check out the winners below!
